I think the SP will take off as soon as we get the CR out of the way especially if it can be done a decent price. There is absolutely no reason for the SP to be down at 3c on back of the results we have had to date other than some less than wise market communication.
The good news is communication issues can be fixed, while if your resource is poor you are doomed no matter how good a salesman you are.
