You see these side ways trading can go on for months or even years especially when the LT momentum turn negative and then dip below the axis line.
I have yet see any stock make multi-bag gains with such a setup I'm afraid.
With SPQ the initial breakout to 2.5c late 2020 lifted the LT momentum into an uptrend, and the subsequent waves are clear to see
