I am not certain if its someone selling because they need the cash or someone working hard to keep the price down. I think it is actually the latter and although there could be a number of reasons why it is being held back I have stopped trying to work it out. These latest results are fantastic and it is only a matter of time until the sp rockets up so I am topping up at every opportunity. A big thank you to whoever this capper is.
