re: Ann: Boulder Steel and ABS sign Framework... will at least go 14.5c. even lower. 4million buyers a few days ago. only a few sellers but those sellers brining the price down and no where near the same volume. only means to me long term holders. but no new buyers to hold selling pressure. interesting though.
