Keep in mind when silver was last at US$50 SVL was trading at a dilution adjusted price of about $1 so yes there's your 400%. But what you're not factoring in is that they now have over 20-times the silver resource compared to then and now a licence to dig it out of the ground. I can't even fathom what sort of SP we should expect even being conservative if the silver price where to double from here to $50
