For those new to this board, be aware that the post @Bowdens is one of the leading local activists who posts on X and also their FB group. Posts outright lies and misinformation like this latest tirade and didn't even read the judgement in that it had little to do with what Bowdens did and didn't do, but rather what the IPC didn't do, according to the Court of Appeal, in taking into account environmental impacts of the powerline realignment as part of the overall project. Everything else to do with the project was approvable. This will be resubmitted, approved, and the mine will go ahead.
