Fernit I agree that a substantial suite of material was considered in the first instance decision approving the mine, including environmental factors and the opposition of many of the community.

For some reason this narrowly drawn decision is being spun as a decision saying the court found the merits did not support the mine. As you and deserthead and others clearly know from your posts the court did no such thing but instead said the transmission line and power supply needed to also be considered as part of the main application. A procedural not substantive victory.

That addition is hardly likely to stop approval. This seems a phenomenal buying opportunity for a decision that will be overcome, possibly even on appeal and if not substantively when consent is considered.

I remember many a mining stock including FMG which dropped to a pittance when problems arose only to recover by thousands of percent. They are the time to make wealth.
