I have read a bit, and the issues are interesting - and so are your responses.
IMO dont worry about the mine. The real issue is the bureaucratic struggle to make decisions which are safe, fair and transparent. There are good minds in the bureaucracy but also some brain dead ones - and I fear in the judiciary too.
But if you think your little struggle and setback over a transmission line is a worry, consider this and its ramifications.
