That is one of the most misleading graphs ever. I don't know all there is to know about mining, but I do know that silver is worth a lot more per ton than lead or zinc. It's like saying - "it's not a dairy farm", and measuring the weight of the grass, soil and water, versus the weight of the cows grazing, or measuring the weight of the milk produced. Or saying - it's not a "diamond mine" when they are digging rocks and all kinds of other things out the way, but it's the diamonds that have value.

People aren't investing in a lead or zinc mine, the value is in the silver.

If you are so concerned about that amount of lead in the ground there, aren't you concerned that the lead may be leaching into your groundwater?

Anyway, here's some simple maths since you fail to grasp basics and using the figures in the graph that you've posted.

Lead price today per ton = $2043.50 USD multiply that by 95,000 = $194,132,500
Zinc price today per ton = $2693.90 USD multiply that by 130,000 = $350,207,000
Silver price today per ton = $92800.00 USD multiply that by 1880 = $1,744,640,000

And that is at today's prices, with it being highly likely when this mine is producing the silver price will likely be much higher than that.

I actually understand environmental concerns, and some may be founded, but if you put out graphs like that and try to say that the mine targets are lead and zinc, then it's simply a load of steaming you know what.
