This was over a teansmission line, which was the cheapest option for SilverMines Ltd. This was one option of many.
Do you think Rick Rule is stupid enough to put money in when he did. He knew what he was doing.
The second and third option for SilverMines are more expensive and time consuming.
These chances dont pop up too often, I'm buying Monday.
