Mate in case you are not paying attention the IPC approved the mine. It was voided on a technicality over the power line. The IPC WILL re-approve it upon re-submission and alternative power infrastructure.
Do you honestly believe that the IPC are going to allow their credibility to go tarnished by a wayward appeals court? Revenge my friend, everyone has it in them. Even the IPC
