Native Title should never have been approved. It is racist, like apartheid in South Africa and and needs to be revisited and overturned.
And as far as I remember it was never meant to apply to mainland Australia, but as usual the lawyers have been fast and easy with the interpretation of the Act and need to be 're-educated '.
