The timeline is at least 1 year possibly 2 for a new development application. The positive is we were designated as state significant development SSD previously so we aren't exactly at back of the queue. I am surprised they are not appealing the appeal if that's possible. There was no need to throw out the whole development application. It should have been put on hold until the power design was defined.
