Silver would be well and truly off and running above USD35.00 had the dipsh!t running the US not tried to deliberately send a shockwave through markets to tank risk assets and drive bond bids higher. Don't forget sunshine. The US have to roll-over $9.2 Trillion debt this year and they can NOT do it at the current yield levels without a major fiscal hit. What better way to drive down yields. Except that it backfired.
And in case you haven't been paying attention. The US Fed lost control of the yield curve back in September last year. and Trump has been pounding Powell's desk telling him to drop rates, and Powell actually came out and stated that he couldn't drop rates, much to Trump' ranting and carry on. So Trump took things into his own hands, and lost.
Don't worry about silver, it is going much much higher.
