It will smash through the old double high. Silver has now clearly broken out on medium term. I expect a retest of this breakout this week/next week before the rockets engage.
Silver has the same long term cup and handle pattern which it had during the 1970s when silver ran 45x in 7yrs. Based on this, your 250usd could be the first major area of consolidation but i personally think the first major consolidation area is more likely 125usd to 150usd.
svl should move 4-5x the move in silver so svl could move up 16x-20x here in this first move.
