It's not her call, she'll fall into line and do what she's told to do, by the same people ordering Albo and Trudeau etc, not to pull back on immigration. The global push is toward net zero and Ag is needed in massive quantity, and the politicians will all act accordingly.
There's only one former leader and potential to be re-elected leader in the West that is pushing back against the agenda, and he'll be dispensed with promptly, one way or another.
