    I agree - I reckon the Feds have waited for this outcome of the legal proceedings so makes it simpler to give the final assent. Especially with what has happened to nickel and some other minerals looking a bit shaky too so that all means less royalties so more pressure to get other critical minerals dug out of the ground. Hi ho silver
