Bowdens should go hard and make them pay full costs. The proceedings they launched for a judicial review were likely made possible by a pro-bono greenie legal team so if there are no financial consequences to the Lue Action Group (a.k.a. Mudgee Region Action Group a.k.a. Bingham Catchment Landcare Group) in launching action then they'll just move on to the next item on the list of vexatious claims - tying up more company time, creating uncertainty over the mine again for potential investors and financiers and costing the company (i.e. us the shareholders) more money to defend.
