At what point do courts and regulators declare that the protestors are a nuisance and clogging up the system?
I believe the term is "vexacious litigant".
And separate to this, surely Environment Minister Tanya Plibersek can't rule against approving one of the largest undeveloped silver mines in the world? If she is influenced by a small but vocal minority group, then we can shut the doors and let other pro-mining countries like Brazil take over while we export crotcheted rugs and woven baskets.
