And separate to this, surely Environment Minister Tanya Plibersek can't rule against approving one of the largest undeveloped silver mines in the world? If she is influenced by a small but vocal minority group, then we can shut the doors and let other pro-mining countries like Brazil take over while we export crotcheted rugs and woven baskets.
