If there is to be an interested buyer of the Bowen Basin asset they would have to acquire the formal commitment from APA, or any other pipeline coy, to the construction of said pipeline to enable them to table an offer. Remember that APA have said they would build, own and operate the pipeline-there business is to gather revenues from tolling.
