    I think 2Mt of PCI by 2016.

    But yeah you'd have to think $1-2B is realistic. New Hope produced 6Mt of thermal this year and their MC is $4B. PCI has higher margins.

    Like spaceboyc said, the SP will depend on the funding costs and dilution associated with them.
