Still a few months it seems before hopefully final confirmation but again another step closer in what is always a long process that always takes years.
The lack of any buying on the back of what is a great announcement is a reflection of the worries about the current political situation between the two countries and the mis understanding by investors of how significant the progress actually is.
Years and years of progress is potentially not far away from the start of a sales and revenue opportunity.
