Hi Mr/Ms Long Term,
You are correct. As someone who was able to pick up a swag in the placement, I found they are issued under the code of CXOXX and as of 6/10/2022 are not being traded. But I am a humble investor and somebody on this forum might come up with the plan that you could borrow stock and short CXO, replacing them with your placement stock once they convert. Doesn't really matter as I am a long term holder.
