And I was on about $30k a year in 1986 and bought a 2 bedroom joint..and picked up a 2 piece metal framed bed on roadside as an upgrade..
You can still buy for $300k now if your willing to sacrifice living out of city..$100k plus jobs for young people up north. Not interested.. go figure..
Anyway.. back to stocks.. lol
