Reason I was asking is I'm thinking about buying approx 400,000 IMUOD's but the strike price is 45c so around $180k to convert which I probably wouldn't do. I already hold heads and IMUOC's but that strike price is tiny so it doesn't bother me.
I guess what I was worried about was if the takeover company could force you to convert your options.
