Also, I am heavily invested in another stock which recently granted a significant number of performance shares to its Directors - about the same percentage as the BPG Directors are proposing, if not more. I was cheesed big time about it at first but was begrudgingly accepting in the end because the Directors and management of that company were kicking goals. The ultimate impact of those performance shares on the share price was zilch as the market is more focussed on the company's potential and its achievements. Similarly with BPG, the focus should be more on what it is proposing and what it intends to achieve, which is significant in the scheme of things. Finally, resolutions 6, 7 and 8 have yet to voted on. It is NOT guaranteed they will get up.
