Just sharing some research given some on here think Soar labs have a 49% vote. Also read note 8.3 provided suggesting the vote doesn't matter, they plan to issue themselves shares anyway.
Check how the net asset value was manipulated higher leading up to 30th June. Just over a week earlier based on the crypto price at 21st June, the company would still have had a negative net asset position and their reasoning for issuing 100's of millions of shares would be invalid. What did it cost to run the Soar coin price higher in the week before the end of the tax year? About $20k? It wouldn't have been much but it upwardly revalued the net assets by about $15m.
