Thanks GGCC, Hadn't seen that. Best articulation of the origin story I've heard. Very clear, I could actually understand most of it without much technical knowledge. Bodes will for ASX roadshow they said is underway. That may result in some buying in NZ next ahead of the new listing. I have mixed feelings about ASX listing. I don't think it's guaranteed to create more liquidity. There are plenty of very illiquid SAS stocks on the ASX, albeit BPG growing much, much faster. (91pc last year and probably exceed that this year if Beebop rate is sustainable). I suppose the listing will have to come with some sort of placement to have any impact on liquidity. Probably need some more cash in the short term anyway but I don't like the idea of more dilution. (I suppose timing is ok post Beebop numbers). Australia does have fundamental micro cap funds that don't exist in NZ. Just one of those buying in would be a big help. Seen those players in other dual listed minnows like Ike, SPY and Task and they add some rationality to the price. That has certainly been lacking with BPG recently. (From memory, I used to pay 50/60c when they had $3m ARR that Nick referred to in the interview (limited growth and Pearl Diver about to launch) - shares fell back close to there with $12.5m ARR, growing strongly and AI chatbot about to launch.
