They have 2 years to distribute the shares It would be in MEC interest to wait as long as possible to do that If they distribute Advent now I agree no benefit to MEC but the shareholders here would still get huge uplift eventually I think MEC would wait for NOPTA and funding then distribute By then MEC shares in Advent are worth $100Mil The share price runs up as people buy in for the distribution and along the way MEC raise a few $M bucks for their next venture It is a win win so I dont get why you hate on Advent so much Either MEC owns shares prior to a drill and it skyrockets this price Or you own Advent yourself and have the upside anyway
I wish MEC would get back trading so I could load up. Tax free status on all capital gains and major holder in Advent. The stock would be trading over 1c now if it were on market.
