I was just thinking earlier this week wouldn’t it be a great time to dust off the PEP11 for and against arguments with a change in government and an energy crisis on our door steps…. and then BOOM out this slips this morning. Very rarely does my wishful thinking actually materialise in an announcement yet here it is and the markets gone to sleep. The timing, strategically, is brilliant and I’m assuming was intentional. Anyway they’ve got my attention and my money now!!
