    I think everyone is agreed that the PEP11 ration between BPH and BUY is about 3:1

    But am I right in assuming that BUY is free carried? Meaning that they will not have to cough up any money for the drilling?

    would mean no capital raising and share dilution which is bound to happen to BPH?
