How I think this will play out !
There is 2 applications , one awaiting approval for near 180 days and with expiry next Friday the JV applied for suspension and extension of the PEP11 permit which basically places the current permit in suspension at the time of the application being received by NOPTA until approval or rejection is determined.
Based on the JV well servicing company appointment and CCS expert joining the team it is a good chance they will get the extension to keep doing what they have for the last 10 years , well servicing and surveying leaves us in limbo with no way of knowing when or if the drill permit will be approved in the near future
