I've got close to 40m buy and buyo, as cover if a decision arrives after sep.
Even if my bphob is written down, buy and buyo will provide a greater profit than the loss there.
I've still got 10m Rdnoa for li drilling out at andover, plus others.
So if pep11 turns to shit, is not the end of the world for me.
