I guess the Labour government will agree to pay a huge amount of compensation to settle the issue with Advent instead of making PEP11 back on (similar to what they did to French submarine deal few months ago), as the political cost is far more expensive to approve PEP11.
Either way, I believe the share price will only go up from here and won't go back to the 1c bottom few week ago.
