Somewhat good news, couple of questions - Hopefully someone can help me answer the below:
1) when will the court decision be made public?
2) is it possible for the government to be liable for the "2,000%" Decrease in Market Cap?
If so would this be back dated to all/ any holders as at May 2021? when SM pinched the Recourses Portfolio.
3) are there any precedents in Australian Oil & Gas history?
4) BPH would still need NOPSEMA authorization prior to drilling correct?
