The other point was challenging the legislation which they can do through various legal avenues. This may include filing a lawsuit in court to challenge the constitutionality of the NSW legislation, seeking judicial review of administrative decisions related to the implementation of the law, or engaging in advocacy efforts to push for the NSW legislative to be reversed .
This could see a second costly drawn out process
