I agree, with a labour lower house and a labour/greens senate… it’s highly unlikely that even if the decision is overturned, and by some miracle it made it through the lower house, it would be extremely unlikely of getting approval through the upper house (senate)…
unfortunately it’s a significant wait for a more politically favourable environment… if it ever comes.

In the event that the decision gets overturned (which I think is actually quite likely, Morrison certainly overstepped)… The project will need to be reconsidered by the current government… investors need to keep the end in mind first with the likely outcome …. if the decision gets overturned, the sp will likely get a significant sugar hit in Sept/Oct as it will attract media attention .. before investor fatigue starts to set in again afterwards when progress gets blocked on every turn. IMO DYOR
