This post is simply wrong and possibly misleading.
Lets get this straight. PEP-11 is before the federal courts, subject to a Judicial review by Justice Jackson ,who also rules over the previous succesful appeal involving Scott Morrisons meddling.
It is most imprtant for us to understand the concept and importance of separation of powers. The legislature, executive, the judiciary ( historically, and the church). This matter is before the judiciary and wont be subject to parliament. In fact, Parliament will not be or be able to be, involved or have any influence.
IN this matter, the executive has made a decision, which the judiciary will now review.
Parliament has nothing to do with this, in fact would be in serious trouble if they did.
THis is now a Judicial review of an adminstrative decision. Parliament has nothing to do with it.
