SA gas for power generation comes from Moomba. The point was if SA didnt continue with gas fired power generation and relied on the interconnectors then NSW would need to increase its power output.... and consume more gas.
The SA gas situation is irrelevant to PEP 11 as surely no SA politician would be stupid enough to make every SA industry and household reliant on power from interstate.
