Just thinking that the cap may not need to be passed around too much. Scomo may be pretty keen to start ramping things up prior to his election to prove he's the man to bring Australia out of the swamp . They were pretty adamant that the 'Proposed' Power station get built with or without the private sector , and I am sure that the national Gas initiative will include some form of assistance/incentive to all the players who are keen to put their foot forward.
Nothing like Job promises mixed with a bit of carbon capture green sentiment to tip the scales
Like it or not this will be as much about politics as it will be economics
that being said I am in
