COB as interim manager have changed nothing. The EXACT drilling program that was approved prior to the farm-in termination, has continued as a JV.
If COB had said that all exploration will have to cease, then that would have been a significant change to the status quo.

Quite apart from the above point, I don't understand what you expect an interim manager does. They are the manager until a new manager is found - ie, the interim manager.
The whole point is, there can't be a period where the project is stalled due to disagreement about a manager, hence there is the provision in the contract for an interim manager, defined as the larger joint venture entity.
