    I assume you mean BPL? IMO BPL might have been gaming getting chunk of cash or becoming a takeover target , since even before this sp was v poor . Instead imo highest probability is bpl ends up either getting less or ending up as a firesale (note opinion only!).


    Maybe they regretted cob getting 100%?.  Sellers remorse turning into BPL shareholders remorse? Hard to see how the COB people with strong money market backgrounds would take the course of action they did without ironclad advice. Sooner in court the better.
