Its going to be interesting, one would think no one in there right mind would have coughed up the $1+ M in the recent capital raising knowing the situation without getting legal advice.
Would be similar to LG's investment, they would have had the JV in front of lawyers too.
The signal/s say ....hang in there.....noting right here at this point that nothing is guaranteed.
