Cobalt Blue Holdings Limited (ASX:COB) advises that it
has received notice from Broken Hill
Prospecting
Limited
(ASX:BPL) that BPL has accepted
to its satisfaction the completion of the
Stage Two earning obligations
under the Joint Venture Agreement
on the Thackaringa Cobalt Project
in Broken Hill NSW

BPL advised that it completed a
rigorous review of the TJV Stage
Two deliverables.

I'm sick and tired of Broken Hill Prospecting. When they thought Stage 3 was in the bag and nice big payment coming up in Stage 4 they signed off on it.

Now 3 months go by and NOW they deny Stage 2 was even completed.

It's time Cobalt Blue bring out the lawyers and we'll see if the courts believe in this Class A level BS.
