Well I guess that all depends on where your investment was, for BPL they have gone from a potential dilution out of the JV and handing over legal title with nothing other than a royalty. Now they have 30% of the JV confirmed and 100% legal title intact, that is a win. The teams will have to sit down and have a chat, but COB have made an error IMO and as always a price is paid for such things.
