Thanks for your input @Blythefan you make some interesting observations.

If that latest ASX announcement to shareholders is any guide we may see other attempts to frustrate an inevitable judicial ruling, playing such popularity games via the ASX suggests inexperience IMO, if you analyse the content it points to nothing and appears aimed at shareholders who speed read, I accept of course that not everyone will agree with that.

I rather hope it will dawn on some players that a judicial ruling will not only establish what a reasonable person would expect going forward, it will also as it sees fit award damages against any individuals deemed not have not met his/her fiduciary responsibility ie. Always to act in the best interests of your shareholders.

I hope and expect a resolution, but not before it becomes clearer what the possible scenarios could be and the effects of those on individuals.
