Suggest you read through a few of my recent post @Acetoby this sort of announcement is predictive. Costs little to follow this line, until the tide runs out, it's only then should you have run out of other peoples money does the suggestion pop up to use your own, then I guess we will find out who's skinny dipping, time will tell.
I believe the TJV agreement will be followed to the letter and a process will be followed which will be fair and proper.
