Now, what will you do with ADE's Board?
How will you work with ICN?
Will you play hard ball with the offer and withdraw it before the closing date? Can you?
Would you EVER contemplate increasing the offer?? LOL. "

The most unlikely event is to increase the offer.
BPT already has majority control of ADE with a 51% stake.
The offer expired on Dec 22 - at which time ADE shares will be compulsorily acquired by BPT at 20c and ADE delisted.
