Someone else will know the rules, but it's not very much, I think they have so many days from something like a 1% change, so any talk that they have selling lacks substance, and is pure BS imho.
There was some sort of mini-panic on in resources, and of course some csg stocks got hit hard by it as csg has come off the boil a bit the last few days and traders have gains to lock in. The Tipton West deal may have sobered up a few on valuation metrics as well, all csg aint the same value.
